In 2024, you could discover what fashion designers, jewellery designers, wood and metal craftsmen, artists and creatives have to offer. Not only the international special shows EXEMPLA, SCHMUCK and TALENTE - Masters of the Future were real eye-catchers, but also the collaborations with universities of applied sciences and the highly endowed award ceremonies were definitely worth a visit.

EXEMPLA is the largest special show at the Internationale Handwerksmesse and a particular centre of attraction.
This year, the focus was on natural stone.

This forum for contemporary jewellery enjoys a worldwide reputation as an international exhibition. International artists, gallery owners, collectors and jewellery lovers once again travelled to Munich in 2024 for this "summit meeting of goldsmiths". FRAME stands for an exclusive presentation of national and international galleries at «Handwerk & Design». They presented jewellery and ceramics at the highest level. In 2024, the galleries once again captivated visitors with exquisite craftsmanship, imagination and beautifully shaped production.

TALENTE - Meister der Zukunft is an international competition for young craftsmen in design and technology. The special show is a reflection of the ideas of young people. The central themes in 2024 included sustainability and the consequences of war. Read here who was honoured this year.
